What’s top of your bucket list

A road trip across the Pacific Northwest would be dreamy – there are so many beautiful places to hike and explore, plus I’d really love to star gaze somewhere that isn’t affected by light pollution.

What did you want to be when you were a child?

I wanted to have my own cake shop! Even now, baking is still a huge passion of mine especially as I have Coeliac disease; I love proving that allergy friendly bakes don’t have to be dry and boring.

Best box set to binge-watch?

The US Office, Brooklyn 99, and Gilmore Girls all feature heavily in my rewatch rotation, but Stranger Things is probably up there as my favourite series of all time.

Which song gets you on the dancefloor?
I’m a die-hard Lady Gaga fan so it will be her, every time!
