I started in the Financial Services Industry at the age of 16, over 40 years ago. It was a very different world back then, but I enjoyed meeting clients and supporting the team from the start. That’s one of the few things that hasn’t changed over the years. I’m a real people person; I enjoy establishing deep connections with our clients and feeling that I make a positive difference to their lives.

What’s top of your bucket list?
I really love to travel and have just got back from a safari which was amazing and far exceeded my expectations – visits to Costa Rica & Asia are also on my hit list!

What did you want to be when you were a child?
I had thought about becoming a hairdresser when I was a child – I’m very glad that I accidently discovered Financial Services at such a young age

Best box set to binge-watch?
I thoroughly enjoyed Game of Thrones (an elderly lady client recommended it to me, but said it was a little saucy at times!) also Breaking Bad

Which song gets you on the dancefloor?
I do enjoy a good boogie and am usually one of the first on to the dance floor – I’ll dance to almost anything, but love a bit of Abba
