I was drawn to financial planning as I enjoy meeting people, listening to them and hearing all about their values and ambitions. As a paraplanner, I get to learn what’s important to our clients and help them to get to where they want to be. My role also allows me to keep learning and to apply that knowledge in solving problems and building plans for our clients.
What’s top of your bucket list?
I would love to live abroad for a bit at some point in my life, preferably somewhere sunny with great food. I’ve also never been to a music festival so that’s maybe a more realistic goal for now.
What did you want to be when you were a child?
I wanted to be a pop star and was convinced I was going to become the 8th member of S Club 7.
Best box set to binge-watch?
It’s got to be Friends. I’ve seen every episode far too many times, but it never gets old.
Which song gets you on the dancefloor?
Any song by (the iconic) Britney Spears, and if I have had a few glasses of wine, there is a good chance I’ll try to replicate her dance moves too.
