NEW FACES. NEW ROLES. ONE HUGE VISION

Halfway through 2023, and the Cooper Parry Wealth team continues to go from strength to strength. We’ve welcomed some incredible new talent and promoted a few of our best to continue delivering exceptional support to you, our clients, as we grow.  

Since January 2022, we’ve brought in 20 brilliant new people, taking the total number of CPW talent over 50. They include Zara Jones to head up our Paraplanning Team, Stu Hill as Head of Business Development, James Greenly as Relationship Director, Nick Crowe as Relationship Director and Sue Royle as a Senior Manager following our acquisition of Future Perfect in April 2023, plus some exciting and experienced arrivals in Paraplanner and Client Services roles too.  

We’ve also made a string of significant promotions. Marie Smith has been promoted to Relationship Associate Partner. Victoria Waddell has been promoted to Senior Paraplanner, and Abi Thomas to Senior Compliance Manager. It’s great to see the next generation of advisers coming through too, with Tom Boynton, Ed Lewis-Smith, Tom Blanchard and Chetan Ravalia moving into Relationship Manager roles

These promotions are an important step in continuing to give our people more recognition and more opportunity for development. Our aim is for Cooper Parry Wealth to become renowned as the employer of choice in financial planning, attracting the best talent and feeding into our Five Year Vision: to create the UK’s biggest and best ‘proper’ financial planning firm. 

We’ll get there by creating an extraordinary experience for our clients and we’re setting the bar high. Our team is hard at work planning the introduction of some new technology enabled additions to the great personal service you already get.
