In July we announced our partnership with Waterland Private Equity. This investment will help us accelerate our ambitious growth plans. 2022 has already been a positive start, welcoming 40 new clients and 11 new team members.
AWESOME CLIENT FEEDBACK
In the Spring, we asked our clients for feedback. The results were inspiring. We scored an average of 4.7 out of 5 for our performance. It was a delight to read the comments and to share them with the team. This insight is incredibly valuable to us, helping direct our future approach.
EXCITING TEAM NEWS
In addition to 11 new starters, this year saw a number of key team promotions: Ewan Rosie to Partner, Codie Smith and Darcy Needham-Jones to Manager, and Victoria Waddell to Assistant Manager. Within our leadership team, Ewan has moved to Chief Client Officer and Sally Spencer has joined the team as Chief Operating Officer.
What a year. And the year ahead looks set to be action-packed too.
