Head of M&A and Proposition

I contribute towards the strategic direction of the business. I also oversee the evolution of CPW’s client proposition and M&A activities. We’re ambitious, want to grow and help more clients to make the most of their money and the life that lies ahead of them; clients who would genuinely benefit from a great planning-led service and relationship. In parallel, we want to prove it’s possible to scale a true financial planning firm, while maintaining the standards and values we believe in and are known for.

What’s top of your bucket list?
It’s not really a bucket list item as such, but my priority for the coming years is doing as many great things with my daughters as possible, while they’re still young. Time together and wonderful experiences, life lessons and memories for us all.

What did you want to be when you were a child?
I was much clearer about what I didn’t want to be.

Best box set to binge-watch?
I’m not much of a TV-watcher. Some might say I’m not very good at sitting still and doing nothing! However, my favourite is definitely Only Fools and Horses, which I can contentedly watch on a loop. An absolute national treasure; the TV equivalent of comfort food and as much of a British institution as fish and chips, or talking about the weather.
