As a CSA it’s my job to make sure we are providing a top grade service to our clients and making sure that they’re being looked after. I also make sure my colleagues have what they need to achieve this, as our goals are the same and so that we can accomplish them as a team.

What’s top of your bucket list?
Travel the world with my little family – see the most beautiful of places and make memories for a lifetime

What did you want to be when you were a child?
I wanted to be an astronaut – I thought the suit was cool and to be bouncing around on the moon!

Best box set to binge-watch?
I’ve watched the Vampire Diaries about 10x! Oh and never missed an episode of Eastenders (if that counts)!

Any Bollywood/ bhangra song
