“In 2001 Sandra and I arrived in the UK from Australia and purchased a small business that manufactured school furniture. Although the business had been in operation for twenty years we could see the potential to grow it further. After ten years of hard work and everything else it takes to grow a business, we were in a position to consider our retirement. As a result we sold the majority of our shares and at this point we were able to retire. During our time in the business we had some dealings with Cooper Parry and it was at this time we were introduced to David Holmes.
