Only 4% of respondents scored 6 or below for would you recommend.  We’d love for this to be zero, and the feedback enables us to develop further.

We’re not getting it right every time – a few of you have highlighted things that could be better. This insight is invaluable to us and will help direct our future approach.

 

    • Frequency of contact – some of you would love to hear from us even more, perhaps just a quick email or a call now and then
    • CPW client portal – you’ve fed back around ease of access and further information you’d like to see
    • Responsiveness of the team – only a handful of instances where you feel we could have been quicker
